INITIAL PHONE CONSULTATION—
In order to assess if we would be a good fit working together, we will start with a free 10-15 minute phone call before scheduling our first session, where we will further assess our fit. You can schedule this with me by filling out our form here.
PAYMENT —
All major credit cards and cash accepted for payment.
CANCELLATION POLICY —
Our work together thrives on consistency, rhythm, and momentum. I recommend starting with weekly sessions and will collaborate with you to adjust the frequency if needed.
Your session time is held exclusively for you, and payment is expected for all scheduled sessions. You are allowed up to three missed sessions with at least 24 hours' notice without being charged. After that, any additional missed sessions will be charged in full, as this time is reserved specifically for you.
If you notify me in advance of an absence, I’ll do my best to reschedule within the same week, though it may not always be possible.
You will not be charged for sessions I cancel due to preplanned absences or illness.
TELETHERAPY —
I prefer to meet therapy clients in person whenever possible, but I also offer hybrid options for virtual sessions.
For coaching clients living outside of Washington, I meet exclusively through secure virtual sessions accessible on your computer, tablet, or phone.
If you’re interested in half- or full-day intensives, we will meet virtually and then the day of in person. These are held in person in Washington on the scheduled day.
INSURANCE —
I currently have a few slots open for those who have insurance from either Premera and Lifewise. Please inquire about openings.
If you are a private pay client, you are eligible to receive a “superbill” that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement.
Here's how it works:
Before you start, check your insurance coverage. Ask these key questions:
Does my plan cover out-of-network mental health services?
Do I have a deductible to meet before they start paying?
How many sessions per year does my plan cover?
What percentage of the fee will they reimburse me?
Risks
Core Energetics is an evolutionary process of personal transformation. Engaging in this work may bring greater insight into your deepest wants, needs, thoughts, and feelings. With these new insights, your perceptions of reality, relationship dynamics, and experience in the world may change. It is possible that by fully engaging in this work that you might experience large changes in your life (work, relationships, sensations in your body. etc) that may feel difficult or new at first, but can ultimately leave you feeling more free, connected to yourself, and open in your body. One of my teachers, Betty Martin speaks to this well in her book, The Art of Giving and Receiving, the Wheel of Consent,
“There is always a risk in increasing your awareness, you risk seeing things you might rather not notice, you risk feelings you might rather avoid, you risk having to change what you think, and worse, having to change what you do. Those of us who are willing to take that risk, want to take that risk, because the freedom behind it calls to us.”
