Intensive: Root Work.

For when weekly therapy isn’t enough — get to the root and move through it.

Most of us spend years circling the same patterns — relationships that feel the same, habits we can’t break, emotions that won’t move.

Weekly therapy helps, but sometimes you need more. This is a concentrated process where we slow down, get to the root of what keeps repeating, and create the space to actually move through it.

Instead of staying on the surface, we prepare together, drop into a 3–4 hour intensive session, and then integrate what comes up so it sticks. The goal isn’t to talk more — it’s to change the way your system holds and responds to the thing that’s been running your life..

Why I’m offering Root Work.

For me, this offering comes out of my own healing journey. I know what it’s like to sit in weekly sessions and feel the slow drip of progress — helpful, but not quite enough to move the thing that kept looping in my life. The moments that actually shifted me were when I had the space to go deeper, to stay with myself long enough that something broke open, and then to have support in integrating it into my daily life.

That’s why Root Work matters to me. It’s not just about talking through what’s hard — it’s about creating the conditions for real change. Offering this as a practitioner feels like a way of honoring the kind of care I needed: time, depth, and a container strong enough to meet the patterns at their root.
