About Olivia, therapist + founder
Hi, I’m Olivia Lehman (she/her), a somatic therapist, embodiment coach, and Core Energetics practitioner-in-training. I help people who feel disconnected from themselves and their relationships come back into their bodies and into connection—with more clarity, aliveness, and self-trust.
I work with individuals and couples navigating anxiety, attachment trauma, relational wounds, shame, infidelity, sexuality, and major life transitions. As someone living with endometriosis, I hold a deep, personal commitment to supporting folks navigating reproductive health challenges, pregnancy, and healing from traumatic birth experiences. Embodied gender experiences and reproductive health are central to my practice, and I honor the unique ways bodies carry these stories.
My work is rooted in the belief that therapy is transformational—not just for our minds, but for our bodies, behaviors, emotional lives, and spirit. I blend psychodynamic, somatic, interpersonal, and attachment-based approaches, integrating movement and experiential practices to help clients release tension, reclaim agency, and grow their capacity for authentic connection.
I earned my Master’s in Counseling Psychology from The Seattle School of Theology and Psychology and am a licensed therapist in Washington State. I’m currently continuing my training through the Seattle School of Body-Psychotherapy, where I study Core Energetics, a body-based, expressive modality that helps restore integrity between our physical, emotional, and energetic selves.
At the heart of my work is relationship—how we show up with ourselves, with one another, and in the therapeutic space. I offer a grounded, attuned presence and a deep trust in your body’s innate wisdom. Together, we listen. Together, we interrupt patterns that no longer serve. Together, we move toward something freer.
This work has changed my life. I've been in my own therapy for over a decade and know the courage it takes to begin again and again. I believe therapists must walk this path themselves to truly hold space for others.
Outside of therapy, I’m a woman, a daughter, a sister, and a dog mom to Pocket. I’m also a yogi, dancer, artist, and writer—drawn to the feminine, the expressive, the embodied. I love good food, deep conversation, and hosting spaces where people feel seen.
I am alive for connection. I am—and will always be—becoming.

What is core energetics?
What is Core Energetics?
Core Energetics is a somatic approach to therapy that connects the mind, body, and emotions to help you break through blocks and uncover your authentic self. At its core, this type of therapy works with the energy held in the body, recognizing that past experiences and emotions are stored physically. By bringing awareness to these patterns and energy flows, we can release what no longer serves us and unlock new possibilities for healing and growth. Through this process, you gain greater access to your emotional and energetic resources, allowing you to live more fully and authentically.
In my work, I integrate Core Energetics with my teachings on masks—the roles we take on to protect ourselves from pain and vulnerability. These masks often limit us, keeping us stuck in old patterns that no longer serve our well-being. By identifying and working through these masks, we can release the energy held in them and reconnect with our true selves. This combination of Core Energetics and mask work supports deep transformation, helping you step into a life of greater freedom, authenticity, and empowerment.
