who are these people?

These are the ones reimagining the healing room. The therapists who don't just talk the talk—they walk it, dance it, breathe it, embody it. These are artists of the nervous system, translators of the body’s wisdom, forward-thinkers holding space where the clinical meets the mystical, and the human is never forgotten.

Among them, you'll find members of rhythmós collective, a crew rooted in rhythm, relationship, and radical care. They believe healing isn’t one-size-fits-all. It’s dynamic. It moves. It listens. These practitioners aren't interested in fixing you—they’re here to walk with you, to honor your wholeness, to co-create something real.

Curious about how therapy can look, sound, and feel different? Take a peek. Click around. You might just find the person your nervous system has been waiting for.

  • Brittany Ater (she/her), LMFTA, MACFT, MEd

I support healing through connection—especially to the wounded parts of ourselves that need compassion and acceptance. My approach integrates parts work (IFS), somatic practices, and attachment-based modalities to help clients deepen self-awareness, shift patterns, build communication skills, and attune to their emotional and bodily experiences.

  • Brittany Purrington (she/her), LMHCA, LPC

I help you understand and heal the different parts of yourself by tuning into the sensations, emotions, and wisdom held in your body—fostering a compassionate connection with your true Self so you can move forward with clarity and ease. Through a creative, nonjudgmental space that incorporates art, movement, and breath, I invite you to explore emotions, release tension, and uncover new insights in a way that feels natural and embodied.

  • Brooke Brandeberry (she/her), LMHC, CN

The way I practice therapy is intuitive and collaborative. I follow my inner guidance and support clients in strengthening their own intuition, so they can better sense what they need and what feels true. I show up as a guide rather than an expert, creating space for self-trust and authentic living. When welcomed, I enjoy weaving spirituality into the work and feel especially aligned with clients open to that exploration.

When we create, we heal. When we heal, we create. In therapy, the goal of our relationship is not merely to tell a good story, but a true story: to collaborate, to help you discover more of your fullest and most authentic self, and to start living it out.
